We provide the following services:

• Website design and development
• Marketing graphics and visual assets
• Social media content creation and management

The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed in writing (usually via email or proposal) before work begins.

• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.
• Once you accept a quote and pay the required deposit, the price is fixed for the agreed scope of work.
• Any work requested outside the original scope will be quoted and charged separately.

• A deposit (typically 40-50%) is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due on completion or according to the payment schedule agreed in the proposal.
• Work will not be released or published until full payment has been received (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work.
• We accept bank transfer and other payment methods confirmed in the proposal.

• We will provide a clear outline of deliverables and estimated timelines.
• You will be given a set number of revision rounds (usually stated in the proposal). Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may be charged.
• Feedback should be provided in a timely and consolidated manner. Delays in feedback may affect the project timeline.
• We reserve the right to refuse requests that fall significantly outside the original scope.

You agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, information, logins, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials (text, images, logos, etc.) you supply to us
• Review and approve work at agreed stages

Delays caused by late or incomplete client input are not our responsibility.

• Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you (website files, graphics, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.
• We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
• We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, code, templates, processes, or frameworks used to create the work.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any of our internal tools or templates.

Where we provide hosting or use third-party platforms (including Lovable or other tools):

• Ongoing hosting and maintenance fees apply as agreed.
• We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
• You remain responsible for the content published on your website.

• If you cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Any work completed beyond the deposit amount will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
• Refunds are not provided for completed work or for change of mind after approval.
• We reserve the right to cancel a project if you breach these Terms or fail to provide required input. In such cases, payment for work completed remains due.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the total amount you paid us for the specific project in question.
• We do not guarantee specific business results (such as rankings, traffic, or sales) from the work we deliver.

You agree not to misuse our website (www.benitostudio.com), attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
